Hi, I’m Paige, a massage therapist with over 18 years of experience. I specialize in helping women manage stress, tension, and pain.

I grew up in a family rooted in holistic health. My father is a chiropractor, which gave me an early appreciation for how stress and tension affect the body and the important role the nervous system plays in overall health.

I graduated from the Florida Academy of Massage in 2008 and have worked in clinical, chiropractic, and independent settings throughout my career. I later earned my degree in psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2020, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and became a Certified Integrative Health Coach in 2024.

After nearly two decades of working with clients and a genuine interest in health, psychology, and the connections between the mind and body, I’ve developed a highly intuitive approach to massage. I’ve learned that effective massage isn’t always about doing more or using more pressure—it’s about understanding what the body needs and finding the right balance of therapeutic work and relaxation. That approach has helped my clients find relief, move more comfortably, and feel more at ease in their bodies.

As a wife, mom, and business owner, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s why I’m especially passionate about helping women make time for themselves—to slow down, reconnect, and prioritize their own well-being.

My goal is simple: to provide thoughtful, personalized massage in a calm, boutique setting where you can relax, reset, and feel genuinely cared for.
